With, a 2pp., typed on official letterhead stationary, Vista International Hotel (Hilton) News description of the expectations of this venture, quoting Executive Chef Walter Plendner, “(Chef Paul) is our inspiration.” Includes choice of a Gumbo Table or Jambalaya Table, and featuring Cajun Martinis. Buffet $22. Printed on heavy paper stock. Coinciding with the publication of Chef Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen Cookbook. Has been rolled, some rippling, stapled, else bright, generally Good. Suitable for framing.  The Greenhouse Rest. & Bar was located on ground level and was sadly destroyed in the terrorist bombing on Sept. 11, 2001.
