Signed by artist Sally Bookman in lower right corner. Professionally matted, behind heavy glass in a light brown oak wood frame, measures 29" x 25". Colors lightly faded, else quite charming. Collectible artwork by a notable local artist of one of the most famous buildings in downtown Santa Cruz. The jazz band Warmth played there for years. It was demolished in 1989 immediately after the devastating earthquake. Pick-up only (too heavy to ship.)
