The scene gives the viewer a strong perspective of the River Thames, with emphasis on the tide and rolling waves. To be viewed on a Zograscope, a popular parlor amusement in the 18th and early 19th centuries. Mounted on heavy board. Handled often and therefore shows wear and darkening around edges, but colors bright, generally Good to VG.
