M'Kee, and "Cultivation of Grapes in New England" by R. H. Phelps.  Salmon decorated pebbled cloth, gilt lettering on spine, covers lightly faded, rubbed, pages lightly embrowned, previous onwer's names present, else tight and generally VG.  Included in the full size b/w plates at the front is the double page spread "Drainage Plan of The U.S. Propagating Garden, Washington D.C." as well as a full page illustrated plate detailing its greenhouses, by D.J. Browne.
